Each request is reviewed by the conference team. If approved, you will receive private payment instructions and a deadline to secure your place. A request does not reserve a place.
Your formal named invitation, including venue and arrival details, follows confirmation. Invitations are personal and non-transferable. Accompanying guests require separate approval.
